Mix & Master FAQ
Everything you need to know about how bstmodus mix and master projects work.
Who is this for?
Serious artists — independent, managed, or label-backed — who want their next single to stand next to professional industry references.
What do I send?
Your stems / trackouts, the rough demo, two reference tracks you want to sit next to, and short notes on the direction or what feels wrong today.
How long does it take?
Typical first mix lands 5–7 business days after files and direction are confirmed. Revisions move as quickly as you can review them.
How many revisions?
Revisions until the approved direction is locked. The constraint is quality, not a round count.
Do you tune vocals?
Yes. Vocal cleanup and Melodyne tuning polish are included with every mix.
Do you work online?
Yes. Worldwide. Files, references and revisions are all handled online.
What is the guarantee?
The Direction Lock Guarantee — before mixing starts we agree on references and sonic direction. If the first mix doesn't match the approved direction, I do a full revision pass before final delivery.
How do you make sure it translates across systems?
Every mix is referenced on studio monitors, headphones, phone speakers, and in-car playback before delivery, so it holds up wherever your listeners press play.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted individually based on scope, stems, and turnaround. Share your budget on the application and you'll receive a tailored quote within 24 hours.
